Shirley Bean graduated from South Puget Sound Community College with a professional/technical degree in Accounting, and she holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with an emphasis in Economics and Public Policy from The Evergreen State College. Ms. Bean continued her education at Chapman University, completing both a graduate certificate in Human Resources and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
Ms. Bean’s professional work experience includes previous leadership roles as the Director of Finance and Auxiliary Services at Highline College and the Director of Finance for Pierce College District. She additionally served in the roles of Associate Director of Facilities and Budget Analyst at Highline Community College.

Lori Selby graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Education. Ms. Selby continued her education by completing her Doctorate’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Washington State University.
Ms. Selby’s professional work experience includes previous leadership roles as the Vice Chancellor of Finance & Administration and Academic Director of Education at WSU Tri-Cities. She additionally served as the Executive Director of Administration at Utah State University and the Director of Sponsored Program Services at Washington State University.
