On behalf of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Green River College, we would like to invite you to the 4th annual First People’s Conference on November 17, 2015! This year’s theme is, “Out of the Shadows and Into the Sun.” The event will take place in the Student Affairs & Success Center (SA) from 12:00 – 7:00 pm. This is a great space for educators and attendees who wish to achieve: cultural exchange, community empowerment, pursuit of higher education, knowledge development and identity awareness.

***This year’s conference is unique because the next two days are an extension of the conference at the following locations: Wednesday, November 18 will be hosted by the Evergreen State College and Thursday, November 19 hosted at the Muckleshoot reservation! Transportation will be available for GRC students, staff and faculty.***
